Boots & Bids is Bear Creek Elementary’s first-ever adults-only fundraising gala. The evening will include dinner, dancing, auctions, raffles, and entertainment. Our purpose is to celebrate our school community and raise funds that directly support our students and teachers.

This beautiful, historic barn venue in South Austin has generously partnered with us to help make our inaugural gala a reality.
This is an adults-only event (ages 21+). Bear Creek Elementary families and community supporters are welcome to attend. Please note that seating is limited, and tickets may sell out quickly. We encourage guests to purchase early to secure a spot!

Yes! 🎉 Round-trip party bus shuttles will be available from Avaña and Greyrock Ridge for an additional fee. It’s the perfect way to ride in style and enjoy the night safely without driving worries!
The theme is Cowboy Chic. Dress to impress in boots, denim, cowboy hats, or a little sparkle. Think classy western with room to dance.
All proceeds from the event will support Bear Creek Elementary programs, campus improvements, and enrichment activities that directly benefit Bear Creek Cubs. Check back on our site as we will be sharing specific fundraising goals soon.
